Membership Mechanics

1. SGH Membership cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

2. Discounts are not convertible to cash, and a no-refund policy shall be implemented.

3. For room reservations:

a. Prior reservations are required.

b. Booking and charges must be made at least three (3) days before check-in.

c. Guests must present their membership card & valid ID upon check-in.

d. In the event of a no-show, the room for the reservation shall be deemed used and invalidated.

e. Only a complimentary overnight stay is transferable with an endorsement letter.

4. For food and beverage discounts:

a. To avail of the 15% discount on the total bill for À la carte items at participating restaurant outlets, a minimum of two diners is required, or a minimum purchase of Php 500 must be made.

b. Discounts are exclusive of government taxes and service charges.

c. Discounts are not valid in conjunction with current promotions, packages, discounts, or other special offerings.

d. F&B discounts are non-transferable.

e. Members must present their membership card & valid ID upon payment.

f. The special treat during the cardholders’ birthday month may vary depending on the selected restaurant outlet.

5. Other terms & conditions:

a. Discounts associated with membership are not applicable when combined with ongoing promotions, packages, discounts, or any other special offerings from the hotel, all participating restaurant outlets, and affiliated merchant partners.

b. In the purchase of goods and services on promotional discount, senior citizens can avail the greater of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010.

II. VALIDITY

SGH Membership cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

III. ELIGIBILITY

The SGH Membership Card is available to all individuals who meet the eligibility criteria determined by Savers Group Holdings Inc.

IV. IV. CARD ACTIVATION

To become a member, purchase any SGH Membership card at the following rates: PHP 65,000 net/year for the SGH Fitness card, PHP 6,888 net for the SGH Ultimate card, PHP 4,888 net for the SGH Leisure card, and PHP 888 net for the SGH Grub card and complete the signup form at SGH Membership Login.

V. CARD USAGE

The SGH Membership Card is non-transferable and is intended for the exclusive use of the registered cardholder. Presentation of the SGH membership card, along with a valid identification card (ID), is mandatory at the time of payment to redeem benefits.

VI. LOSS OR THEFT

The hotel will not be liable for lost or expired membership cards. An expired membership card will not be honored. In the event of a lost membership card, a reprinting fee of 150 pesos is required.

VII. TERMINATION OR MODIFICATION

Savers Group Holdings Inc. reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the membership program at any time, with or without notice. Changes may include alterations to point-earning and redemption structures.

VIII. COMMUNICATION

By enrolling in the membership program, you consent to receive promotional and informational communications from Savers Group Holdings Inc., participating outlets, and merchant partners via the contact details provided during registration. The cardholder acknowledges and agrees that, by providing personal details, the company reserves the right to use such information for email blasts, newsletters, or advertising media channels. All personal information will be handled following applicable privacy laws and regulations. Cardholders may opt out of communications at any time by following the provided unsubscribe instructions.
